Emotional Freedom Technique, sometimes called Tapping, is a remarkable and widely accepted technique for eliminating emotional and physical problems.
It is based on tapping on the energy meridian points used in acupuncture. The underlying theory is that negative emotion can cause a disruption in the body’s energy system. By tapping on acupressure points with your fingers, whilst focusing on a specific problem, it is possible to release the negative energy block. This allows you to let go of emotional issues that were holding you back.
Tapping can be applied to all sorts of problems whether emotional, such as fears and anxiety or physical, such as pain.
